Like so many women, I spent my 30s feeling constantly exhausted, trying to juggle work, motherhood and everything in between.
After my third baby, I joined a gym hoping to feel like my old, confident self again. I trained three or four times a week for a year. But, despite what felt like a lot of effort, the results weren’t showing when I looked in the mirror.
I didn’t get it. So I hired an online coach.
With daily check-ins and accountability, everything changed. In just three months, I lost 8kg of fat, dropped two dress sizes and finally felt strong, confident and comfortable in my own skin again.
I couldn’t believe it. On my own, I spent over a year trying to get into shape. But it took a coach just three months of keeping me accountable, to get me there.
That was a light bulb moment for me.
It showed me that accountability wasn’t just helpful, it was the missing piece of the fitness puzzle.
Because I already knew how to workout and eat well, so I didn't need another PT or complicated diet plan. I needed help with staying consistent. Not just with exercise, but with eating in a way that supported my goals.
I'll be forever grateful to my coach for helping me work this out. And now, as a CPD-accredited accountability coach myself, I am OBSESSED with helping other time-poor, high-achieving women achieve the same success.
