I've built a successful career as a sports lawyer, whilst juggling the demands of family life.
And, like so many women, I spent my 30's exhausted, balancing work and motherhood, putting everyone else's needs before my own.
After my third baby, I joined a gym hoping to feel like my old, confident self again. I trained regularly and was 'eating healthily'. But I wasn't getting the results I felt I deserved.
Confused about where I was going wrong, I hired a coach.
And that changed everything.
With daily check-ins and ongoing accountability, I finally found a way to get consistent.
In just 12 weeks, I lost 8kg of fat, dropped two dress sizes and finally felt strong, confident and comfortable in my own skin again.
That was my light bulb moment.
I realised it wasn’t knowledge I’d been missing - it was accountability.
I didn't need another workout plan or strict diet, I needed support with staying consistent when life was so full and unpredictable.
I was so impressed with my own results that I felt I couldn't gate-keep this knowledge - every woman deserved to know there is an easier way.
Now, as a CPD-accredited accountability coach, I show other time-poor, high-achieving women how to achieve the same results - in a way that respects the demands of their busy lives.
